WALK IN MEMORY OF AND IN CELEBRATION OF THE LIVES OF TONY AND MIKE REDSHAW
BRAVEHOUND Trustee Lt Col. Ben Redshaw, along with his cousins (Alex, Henry and Charles) and his close friend Nial Corrigan, walked the 109 mile Cleveland Way Trial in North Yorkshire, raising an amazing £4,050 on behalf of BRAVEHOUND.
Much training, preparation and planning had to take place for the team to successtully accomplish this teat. The team walked over 20 miles a day on average, having to wild camp on occasion due to the wilderness of trekking through the North Yorkshire Moors. The team were walking in the memory of Tony (Ben’s father) and Mike Redshaw (Alex, Henry and Charles’s father), who were both avid walkers with their family and pets over the years across some of the most scenic parts of the trail.
BRAVEHOUND are grateful and hugely proud of their achievement in equal measure, and hope the blisters recover soon!
